Director of National Intelligence James Clapper on Wednesday lambasted former N.S.A. contractor Edward Snowden for disclosing classified surveillance methods and causing irreparable damage to U.S. national security. DNI Clapper, in his annual testimony to Congress, also noted several other daunting security obstacles for the United States including sophisticated cyberattacks and Iranian nuclear development.
