    The Obama administration is weighing its options as it mulls a drone strike against an American citizen living in Pakistan whom officials believe is involved in plotting terrorist attacks, according to inside sources. Such a strike would be the first authorized by the White House since President Obama installed new restrictions on drone operations last May and the second targeted killing of an American citizen since Anwar al-Awlaki in 2011.
