A congressional review panel will investigate shortcomings by U.S. intelligence agencies after they failed to accurately predict Moscow’s intentions to intervene in the Crimea. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Rogers (R-MI) believes that the problem was a failure by the Pentagon and C.I.A. to correctly analyze intelligence coming out of the region.
