Terry Moran was named co-anchor of ABC News "Nightline" in October 2005. At "Nightline," he has led the program's distinguished coverage of politics and policy, from the 2012 election and the economic recession, to the Arab Spring revolutions—where he reported for ABC News from Tahrir Square in Cairo the night Hosni Mubarak fell from power, and from the front lines of the civil war in Libya.
Mr. Moran is the recipient of the George Foster Peabody Award, the Emmy Award, the Merriman Smith Award from the White House Correspondents’ Association, and the Thurgood Marshall Journalism Award.
