Enrique Mora Benavente

Enrique Mora is the Deputy Secretary-General and the Political Director of the European External Action Service (EEAS). He has previously served as Director-General for Foreign Policy and Security (2014-2020) and Director for Policy Planning at the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2010-2014). He has also served as Chief of Staff of the EU High Representative Javier Solana (2006-2009) and Deputy Director-General for Central and Southern Europe.
