Grant Cuprak

Biography
Grant Cuprak is a Major in the United States Army and has spent the last four years in the Office of Net Assessment (ONA) within the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Grant leads a small special projects team that connects ONA’s decades of insights to senior-most policymakers within the DoD, the interagency, Congress, and U.S. allies. Prior to ONA, Grant led the 1st Infantry Division's Strategic Engagements Cell while on rotation in Poland from 2018-2019. He has previously deployed three times to Afghanistan. A native of Connecticut, Grant received his master’s in policy management from Georgetown University and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy. Grant and his wife, Joelle, and their three rescue dogs Geronimo (Mo), Lawrence (Larry), and Fitzgerald (Fitzy) live in Alexandria, VA.
