Biography
Tina Huang is a Wadhwani AI Center Adjunct Fellow at CSIS. Previously, Tina was the Policy Program Manager at the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI), where she led programs to enhance AI collaboration between academia, industry, civil society, and policymakers. Tina also served as an AI policy fellow for former representative Jerry McNerney (CA-09) and was a research analyst at Georgetown’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET). She is a senior adviser to Girl Security, an adjunct fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), and a 2022 Shawn Brimley next generation national security fellow at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS). Tina is a first-generation Chinese-American, born in Alaska, grew up in Florida, and is now enjoying life on the west coast.
