Biography

A former non-profit CEO and business executive, Chike Aguh (Chee-Kay Ah-Goo) currently serves as Senior Advisor at Harvard University’s Project On Workforce and Executive Advisor at Accenture on innovation and the future of work. Previously, Chike was appointed by President Biden to serve as under Acting Sec. Julie Su as Chief Innovation Officer at the U.S. Department of Labor. There he led efforts to use data, emerging technologies, and innovative practice to advance/protect American workers. A proud Marylander and lifetime member at the Council on Foreign Relations, Chike holds degrees from Tufts University (B.A.), Harvard Graduate School of Education (Ed.M), Harvard Kennedy School (MPA), and University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School (MBA).
